Due to ongoing COVID-19 related restrictions, Nightline are currently operating IM and email services only .
We aim to re-open our phone services shortly. Please stay tuned for any updates.
There are a few different ways you can get in touch:
Email: [email protected] (24/7)
Email us anytime and we will reply within 48 hours. Our system anonymises all emails before our volunteers read them, so your identity will remain anonymous.
Phone: 01382 381 183 (8pm-8am) – CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
A volunteer will chat with you for as long as you need regarding anything you want to talk about. As always, we will not ask for any identifiable information and the contents of your call will remain totally confidential. We can only take one caller at a time, so if the line is occupied, please try again later or contact us via the services below!
Instant Messaging: Click here (AVAILABLE 8pm-12am)
Our IM service is also anonymised and allows you to talk to an online volunteer in real time. It closes to new messages at 12am, but if you’re still speaking to us when it turns midnight, we can continue the conversation for as long as you want.
